10th/11th St. Viaduct Survey 2 (Prelim. Concept)

The study team is looking for your input on preliminary viaduct replacement concepts and potential bridge elements. This input will help the study team refine and evaluate alternatives and develop preliminary recommendations that will be presented at a future public meeting open house.

3. The concepts include different alignment options for replacing the viaduct bridges. Which factors are most important to you when determining the future viaduct alignment? (Check all that apply)

4. The design concepts include two “profile” options for replacing the viaduct. The difference between the two options is how low to the ground 10th & 11th Street would be between 2nd Avenue and the railroad tracks. One option keeps the viaduct bridges elevated to provide more continuous space under the viaduct. The second option would lower 10th & 11th Street closer to ground level so they look and feel more like a city street through the park area.

5. With the three potential intersection options for each concept, what is your preference for the 10th Street & Franklin Avenue intersection?
