Peña NEPA & Design – Public Survey

  • Denver International Airport (DEN) is beginning the next step for Peña Boulevard, building on the recently completed Peña Boulevard Master Plan.

This stage—the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) review—will take a closer look at possible improvements, study how they may affect people and the environment, and gather input from the community. The NEPA process will take about two years, after which DEN will be ready to move forward with designing and building improvements.

Peña Boulevard is long overdue for upgrades, and your feedback will help shape the future of this critical connection to the airport and surrounding communities. This survey is an opportunity to share how you use Peña Boulevard today, what challenges you face, and what priorities you think should guide future improvements.

The last day to complete this survey is Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Thank you for your feedback!
